Chris Kendall

Chris Kendall represented insureds and insurance carriers in lawsuits for three years involving general liability, automobile liability, uninsured motorist coverage, homeowners’ insurance, and bad faith insurance claims.

After spending three years representing insurance companies, Mr. Kendall decided it was time to switch sides. Mr. Kendall knows how these big insurance companies work, and he wants to help people fight against them to receive the compensation they deserve.

While attending Mercer Law School, Mr. Kendall served as an active member on the Mercer Law Review. Mr. Kendall published his own article in the 71st issue of the Mercer Law Review where he reflected on the impact that the rise of e-scooters could have on contract law.
